Council private rented sector scrutiny - cost of renting

Southampton Tenants Union conducted a survey ahead of the council’s private rented sector scrutiny meeting, which took place on 21st December. This meeting focused on the cost of renting, and the panel was keen to hear about the experiences and views of tenants in Southampton.
